Order Verification & Payment Security Policy

To protect our customers and prevent unauthorised card use, all orders are subject to security checks before dispatch.

 

Order Verification

In some cases, we may temporarily place an order on hold while we verify payment or shipping details. This may occur if:

  • Billing and shipping addresses do not match
  • The order is flagged by our payment processor for review
  • Multiple payment attempts are detected
  • The order value is higher than usual

If verification is required, we may contact you by email to confirm your shipping details.


Verification Timeframes

 

  • Verification requests must be completed within 24 Hours
  • Orders that cannot be verified within this timeframe may be cancelled and refunded automatically
  • This is done for security reasons and to protect the cardholder


Shipping & Fulfilment

 


  • Orders are only dispatched once payment has been successfully verified
  • We are unable to ship orders that fail our verification checks


Refunds & Cancellations


  • If an order is cancelled during verification, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed promptly; bank processing times may vary


 

Fraud Prevention

 

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to be unauthorised or fraudulent. This helps ensure a safe shopping experience for all customers.
