Refund policy

🔁 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • All returned items must be sealed and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

  • Unsealed items will not be eligible for a cash or card refund but may be issued store credit at Vaulted Cards’ discretion.

📦 Booster Boxes

  • Booster boxes are only eligible for refund if fully sealed.

  • If any packs are opened, tampered with, or damaged, the item is not eligible for return or refund—no exceptions.

🃏 Single Booster Packs

  • Packs must be sealed and undamaged to be eligible for return.

  • Opened or damaged packs will not be accepted for refund or store credit.

💳 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on item condition and return eligibility.
