Refund policy
🔁 Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery.

All returned items must be sealed and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Unsealed items will not be eligible for a cash or card refund but may be issued store credit at Vaulted Cards’ discretion.
📦 Booster Boxes

Booster boxes are only eligible for refund if fully sealed.

If any packs are opened, tampered with, or damaged, the item is not eligible for return or refund—no exceptions.
🃏 Single Booster Packs

Packs must be sealed and undamaged to be eligible for return.

Opened or damaged packs will not be accepted for refund or store credit.
💳 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on item condition and return eligibility.
