At Vaulted Cards, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and secure. Below you’ll find the details of our accepted payment methods and terms.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro.

  • Clearpay – Shop now, pay later in 4 interest-free installments.

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay – Available for supported devices and browsers.

Clearpay

We’re pleased to offer Clearpay as a payment option at checkout. With Clearpay, you can split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments, due every two weeks. Here’s how it works:

  1. Add items to your cart and select Clearpay at checkout.

  2. Log in or sign up with Clearpay and complete your purchase.

  3. Pay over time – the first payment is made at the time of purchase, with the remaining 3 automatically charged every two weeks.

Eligibility: You must be 18+ and a UK resident with a valid debit or credit card to use Clearpay. Late fees may apply if payments are not made on time.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless using a "pay later" service like Clearpay.

  • All transactions are securely processed, and we do not store your payment information.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

 

Reservations & Pay-Later Orders

Some products on our website are available as reservations or pre-orders. When you place a reservation using the “Reserve now, pay later” option, the following terms apply:

  • By placing a reservation, you authorise Vaulted Cards to charge the payment method provided for the full order amount (including any applicable shipping costs) when the product arrives in stock and is ready to ship.

  • No payment is taken at the time the reservation is placed.

  • You will receive at least 24 hours’ notice by email before any payment is taken.

  • Reservations may be cancelled at any time before payment is taken, with no charge.

  • If payment cannot be successfully processed after notice has been given (for example due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

  • Once payment has been successfully taken and the order has entered the shipping process, our standard refund and cancellation policy applies.

  • If we are unable to fulfil your reservation for any reason, no charge will be taken.

We recommend ensuring that your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds available at the time payment is due.
